I started Dialogrummet in the fall of 2004 because I saw this huge need from people I met in getting life- and career advice. I had gotten really hooked on Life- and Career Planning during my studies but also when I was working for The Swedish Tax Authority. There I met a lot of people who knew they wanted change but not what kind of change. That’s where I came to help! I was working with career coaching for several years and got really stunned by the fact that surprisingly many felt miserable in their lifes and at work. That was the spark. The spark who lit my passion and courage to start my own company.

So why did I name my company Dialogrummet? Well, I started to look for a company name with a clear connection to what I was doing, and Dialogrummet was created. I offer room for dialogue! It is as simple as that! At least in Swedish….in English it would be The Dialogue Room.

I am a behavioral scientist with an expertise in coaching, personnel economics and Employer Branding. For the past twenty five years, I have worked in Human Resources with an emphasis on well-being, life- and career guidance and development of both companies and individuals. This is my passion, it is incredibly stimulating and has given me a broad experience base to build on, and this is what has formed the basis for my company. Linked to the company is a network of professional consulting colleagues, contact with recruiters and other inspiring personalities.
